Even if you don’t anticipate any legal trouble or the need for a lawyer, ensuring you’ll have some protection for you and your family should anything happen is invaluable. And it’s worth remembering that not every legal issue involves an overt conflict—sometimes, it’s nice to have a lawyer on your side to walk you through simple to complex documents or agreements.

If you’re asking yourself, “Is legal insurance worth it?”, consider both the monetary and emotional cost of being left without a legal expert. For those situations you never thought you’d have to face, like divorce or bankruptcy, to the more common legal matters, like marriage and buying or selling real estate, a legal plan can help you feel supported and prepared for what comes next.

If your employer offers legal insurance as part of your employee benefits package, it could end up saving you a substantial amount of money and effort. “SPECIAL NOTE” IF you have a Employer Issued Legal Plan you will not be able to use the Legal Benefit if an issue arises between you and your employer. That’s why its best to have a non-employer benefit plan!! Please Take a Quick Survey CLICK HERE

How It Works…

Advice and Consultation

You can call your provider law firm for a consultation on personal legal matters, such as neighbor disputes or a landlord dispute. A lawyer will call you back within 4 business hours or the staff will offer a phone appointment when needed. If your law firm cannot reach you via phone within 2 attempts in no more than 2 business days, your law firm will use another method of communication to let you know they are trying to contact you.

Letters and Phone Calls

Your lawyer can send a letter or make a phone call on your behalf to help resolve personal legal matters.

Document Review

Your lawyer will review an unlimited number of personal legal documents, up to 15 pages each. You must be named as a contracting party on personal legal documents to be reviewed. When you submit a document for review, your lawyer will review the document within three business days. If you need a letter prepared, it will be completed within three business days after all necessary documents to draft the letter are received.

Estate Planning

Preparation of a Standard Will, Physician’s Directive and Living Will with annual reviews and updates. Trust preparation is available under the 25% discount. Your provider law firm can prepare a Power of Attorney as part of your estate planning needs. Once all your information is provided to your law firm for your will questionnaire, an initial draft of your will be prepared by your lawyer within five business days.

Speeding Ticket Assistance

Receive assistance from your provider lawyer on non-criminal, moving traffic matters when driving with a license and proper registration. Once all your information is provided to your law firm for your will questionnaire, an initial draft of your will be prepared by your lawyer within five business days.
